Обучение олимпийских волонтеров в период пандемии

Статья посвящена изучению процесса подготовки волонтеров крупных спортивных мероприятий в период пандемии. Согласно новым требованиям к проведению массовых мероприятий, волонтеры были вынуждены проходить обучение только в онлайн-формате, также волонтеры должны обладать дополнительными знаниями и навыками для выполнения возложенных на них задач. Мы рассмотрим взгляд волонтеров на изменения в процессе обучения для участия в организации Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр 2022 г.
