Social Practices of the Orthodox Sunday of Parochial Education

The article is devoted to the analysis of social practices of modern Orthodox Sunday parochial education in the Russian Orthodox Church. The characteristic of the system Sunday parochial education in intercession Pokrovskaya and Nikolaev diocese. Discusses the basic aspects of the functioning of the modern Sunday educational groups. Presents the results of the survey of parents‘ attitudes towards teaching children in Sunday school.
