Project Development of Contract Serviceman Human Cultural Capital
Suppressive factors of cultural human capital development of contract soldiers and sergeants are revealed. Solutions of ascertained problems are presented, propositions directed to designing of proactive development processes of cultural development of contract military personnel are developed. Three directions of project construction are offered: 1) shaping of step-by-step program for income growth of contract military personnel; 2) creation of additional social defensive system of contract military personnel; 3) development and implementation of proactive educational program for development of actor’s cultural capital.
