The high proportion of the immigrants from Russia characterized by the ethnic and religious diversity actualizes the economic and socio-cultural integration of immigrants to ensure the security and stability of society. To develop migrant integration programs in Russia at the national and regional levels and evaluate their effectiveness, it is important to analyze the experience of Spain, a country with the similar structure of migration fl ows and regional aspects of integration. The article presents the results of the analysis of the migrant integration policy in Spain.

The integration of migrants into the social cultural space of a host country is a complicated process. Its main goal is to turn a migrant into a full-fledged citizen and to decrease negative consequences of this process. The integration touches on cultural, economic and social spheres of society. The EU practice gives an acute example of the collaboration of developed European civil societies.

В статье рассматривается проблема безопасности офицеров запаса в гражданской среде с точки зрения успешности адаптации этих людей к новым условиям жизни. Даётся социологическая характеристика некоторых процессов интеграции офицеров запаса и их семей в новую для них реальность.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы структурных преобразований высшего образования в нашей стране в контексте мировых глобализационных процессов.
