The article presents the results of an expert survey conducted in the Republic of Crimea in November – December 2019. The author analyzes the conflict and integration potential of interethnic and migration relations in the region. In recent years, there has been a low level of participation of public organizations in the adaptation and integration of migrants in the region. The author substantiates the necessity of conducting regular mass regional political and sociological research on interethnic and migration relations.

In this article, the author considers a problem which is extremely urgent for modern Russia – the specifics of the archaization of the political culture of traditionalization and the archaization of transnational relations in the North Caucasus region. The author analyzes the main reasons for the traditionalization and archaization of interethnic relations of the region, their influence on the socio-political processes in the North Caucasus republics.

The article is devoted to the actualization of the problems of national diasporas in Russia and the study of the features of the institutional design of this socio-political institution in modern Russia. On the example of the formation and functioning Of the representation Of the head of the Chechen Republic in the Saratov region, the authors show one of the trends of centralization and regulation of the national Diaspora in the modern regional political process, which is an integral part of the national policy.

The attitude that exists in the mass consciousness of the Dagestan peoples to the land reform carried out in Dagestan is revealed in this article. Based on the analysis of the materials of periodical press of the republic and the results of the author’s sociological research, a conditionally positive assessment of the land reform carried out in the republic in the mass consciousness of the respondent Dagestan peoples is established.
