Revisiting the “Conjunctive” Approach to Evaluation of Revolutionary Events-1917

The article is about peculiarities and methodological contradictions of using “conjunctive” approach to the analysis of historical events exemplified by the revolution-1917. An inference is drawn that using “conjectivity” with regard to the momentous event in the history of our country results in willing or unwilling distortion of its content, reasons and consequences, complicates learning historical lessons by current actors of political process
