The article attempts to study protest media activism in modern Russia, taking into account the manifestation of its new forms, such as online rallies, as well as an analysis of the prospects for its further application in the protest practice of modern Russia. The conclusion is made about the ambiguity of the use of new media technologies to consolidate the protest potential of the Russian society, which is associated with the presence of trends in the growth of the Internet users and the increase in state control over the sphere of public communications on the Internet. 

The article reveals the problems of legislation in the sphere of functioning of national and cultural autonomies that affect politics both on regional and federal levels. The author notes the need to reform the legal framework for the functioning of national and cultural autonomies in the context of the national security Strategy of Russia.

The article presents the results of a study on the role of the scientific community in the regional socio-economic and political process in the Kemerovo region. The study used the analysis of information provided on the Internet, as well as materials of electronic media. In addition, a semi-structured interview method was used, during which representatives of the regional scientific community were interviewed, taking an active part in the public policy field of the region as experts.

В данной статье автором была предпринята попытка рассмо- трения особенности президентских выборов (2005–2011 гг.) в Кыргызстане, также проведен более детальный сравнительный анализ. Трансформационные процессы в политическом развитии Кыргызстана рассматривается как фактор транзитного периода политической системы и укрепления института выборов в со- временности. Использован институциональный метод, позво- ляющий исследовать выборы с позиций института демократии.

В статье рассматриваются различные точки пересечения медий- ной грамотности и политической культуры. Насколько важно уме- ние человека ориентироваться в окружающих его потоках инфор- мации в контексте формирования интереса к политике и доверия к массмедиа? Каким образом медийная грамотность влияет на политическую культуру? Как все это отражается на характере по- литической системы конкретной страны? Автор пытается найти ответы на данные вопросы и анализирует результаты связанных с этим социологических опросов Фонда «Общественное мнение». 

The publication analyzes the causes and the logic of transition, which is observed in the mass consciousness of society and elites, from the ideas of «communication» of political subjects, as a means of solving their specific political problems, to the idea of it as the final practical result of modern politics. Effects of that transition for the dynamics of political processes at various levels are predicted.

The author tries to analyze the facts caused by the processes of globalization, Internet-communication, social stratification, and development of mass society which objectively destabilize modern political process.

В статье анализируется отражение политических процессов в различных теориях информационного общества. В центре внимания находится проблема политизации социальных отношений в постиндустриальном мире.

В статье рассматривается сущность политизации и деполитизации общественных отношений. Автором предложено оригинальное видение причин, субъектов и механизмов реализации этих процессов и обозначены перспективы исследования данной проблемной области современной политической науки.

В статье рассматриваются различные варианты использования термина «политизация» в научном и общественно-политическом 
языке. Выясняются принципиальные сходства и различия между «политизацией» религии, истории, культуры, науки. В статье сделан вывод об использовании политизации социальных отношений как политической технологии.
