Information Openness of the Deputies of the 4th Convocation Saratov City Duma and the 5th Convocation Saratov Regional Duma: Comparative Analysis

The article contains the results of exploration of Saratov city and regional deputies’ information openness level. Methods of the study are illuminated, an overall rating of MP’s in terms of their openness for the society is provided.
