Documentary Movie as a Mean of Political Propaganda: Classical and Innovative Approaches in a Digital Epoch

The article is devoted to the disclosure of certain aspects of the use of documentary movie as a tool to promote political ideas in modern conditions of development of information and network communications. We consider the classical and innovative techniques, methods and forms of attracting the audience’s attention to documentaries; methods of distribution, advertising, promotion of documentary films; mechanisms that enhance the propaganda effect of movies. A strong accent is made on the contemporary documentaries spectacularity as a key factor of propaganda influence.

Formation of Public-Private Partnerships Innovative Mechanisms as a Part of National Technology Initiative Implementation in Russian Federation

The article deals with new approaches to the development of partnership between the state, business and the Russian education system, built in the logic of the strategy of the National Technological Initiative. The National Technology Initiative (NTI) is essentially an economic philosophy based on activities aimed at creating fundamentally new markets in this country. A large role in the implementation of the strategy is given to private-public partnership, which is made in the form of consortia of institutions for supporting the development of technological initiatives.

The concepts of social communications and managerial culture paradigm are researched in the article. It interprets theoretical context of interdependence between social communications’ development and managerial culture in modern organization. It gives proof that it is necessary to form new innovational managerial culture in conditions of uncertainty and dynamic of cultural area development. 

Innovative Company Towns as Potential Points of Growth of Economy of the Russian Federation

The article examines the role of Russian single-industry entities (the towns’), in which the innovative production necessary for national economy types of products, in innovative development of the country, it is argued that such non-diversified education can be a potential growth points for future development of the domestic economy.
