The structure of the cadets’ training process for professional military activities: Socio-managerial aspect

The article is devoted to the development of the structure of the cadets’ training process for military professional activity within the framework of the sociology of management, where the author identifi es the conditions, subject, object, mechanisms and result. A number of normative legal acts regulating the educational process of cadets are given, and the specifi cs of training in military educational institutions are also refl ected. Particular attention is paid to the importance of using the subject-subject approach in the study of this problem.

Specificity of Adaptation and Skills of Interpersonal Communication of Students

The article discusses the specifics of adaptation and interpersonal communication experiences of cadets and school children in teenage years. The adaptation processes are presented in the socio-psychological context of joining an educational institution and are considered as an integral part of interpersonal communication. The article consideres, interpersonal communication as an indispensable condition for any form of social and private life of a person, as well as a determinant of any type of individuals’ joint activity.
